1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrashSnap's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

CrashSnap provides a digital platform for accident scene documentation. Our Services include tools for capturing, organizing, and sharing crash scene evidence with authorized partners in the insurance and claims industries.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, fabricated, or misleading documentation
Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Upload malicious files, spam, or content unrelated to crash documentation
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our systems
Resell or redistribute platform data without authorization

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos and documentation you upload. By submitting content, you grant CrashSnap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and share that content as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill our obligations to documentation partners.

6. Worker Agreements

Workers who document crash scenes on behalf of CrashSnap are bound by a separate Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement executed during onboarding. Worker payouts are subject to completion of assigned documentation tasks and platform verification.

7. Disclaimers

CrashSnap is a documentation service. We are not a law firm, insurance company, or medical provider. Our Services do not constitute legal, insurance, or medical advice. Documentation provided through our platform is factual scene evidence only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrashSnap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
